a stylish stay with amazing service
stylish decor convenient location diverse choices
the hotel features a stylish decor throughout, especially in its bar on the ground floor. i found the location convenient, as it was within walking distance of many restaurants. the breakfast was amazing and offered diverse choices, which i really appreciated.
The noise from the street made it slightly difficult to sleep. Light sleepers might want to request a room away from the main road.

I found the hotel's interior design to be captivating. The breakfast included a wide assortment of choices and high-quality ingredients, a real treat. The location is undeniably central, with access to numerous attractions and transport links. The staff were attentive and responsive, addressing requests with efficiency and a smile.
The lifts seemed a bit slow during peak hours. This resulted in some short waits.

margiela towels comfy mattress convenient location
The hotel provided Maison Margiela towels and robes. I found the bed mattress was very comfy. The 12 pm check-out time offered me great convenience. I used a convenient location near a main train station.

excessive noise room cleanliness
The noise from the rooftop bar was excessive. music played late into the night. i found it difficult to sleep. there was also an issue with the room's cleanliness. It was not thoroughly cleaned .

Acceptable Location, Disappointing Sleep
excessive noise restful environment
The location was unbeatable. It's right on the Ku'damm, close to the U-bahn, and surrounded by many dining and shopping options.
The noise was a HUGE problem. There was an unbearable noise coming from the building's patio Saturday night, due to a club. This noise was excessive and prevented me from sleeping most of the night, though my room was on one of the highest floors. A restful environment is a basic expectation. This hotel did not meet this .
