A Balanced Stay

fresh options comfortable room steam room missing towels

The breakfast had a great variety. There were many fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The room was super clean. It was well-kept.

The sauna and steam room were not working. A staff member kept saying they were working, but they weren't producing any steam. There were no towels available for three nights. This was an issue.

the breakfast met my expectations with its quality.

the indoor pool was out of commission and this was not communicated when i booked. the classic room i was assigned was tired. the shower and coffee machine did not work upon arrival.

broken thermostat toiletries replacement

The thermostat was broken. It did not allow for proper temperature adjustment, and the room became uncomfortably warm. housekeeping failed to replace used toiletries one day, a significant oversight for a hotel demanding premium rates. I expect more attentive service for what it costs to stay here.
