Excellent Stay Near Potsdamer Platz

The location is perfect near the train station. The room was modern and clean. Bathrobes and slippers were included, also I had some treats for Easter, a box of macaroons. Breakfast was good but not as large as other hotels' selections. The breakfast room was very busy.
The hotel charged a deposit and paid it back after a month. I contacted the hotel many times. I was told to wait a day and then another 14 days and to contact my bank. I got it back after 32 days. It ruined the experience.

The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. The pool area offers loungers and a shaded section. There is convenient access to public transportation near Potsdam Platz. This made getting around easy.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient at check-in. The hotel offers a lounge with amenities for Bonvoy members. Chronobar has good food and beverages. The staff are personable, though the deposit situation was handled poorly!

the location is central. it is close to everything. it includes great public transportation options!!! i found the bus line steps away. the potsdamer plaza bahnhof is nearby too.
they knocked on my door early in the morning. i charged my dinner to the room like staff suggested. the front desk manager said i had to pay immediately instead of at check out. i reminded me of a third-class person, disappointing!!!

I enjoyed the central location. It allowed simple access to many attractions. The staff were very friendly and professional. I found two restaurants inside. The hotdog bar had delicious loaded fries. The reception operates twenty-four hours. This is very convenient for early checkouts.
The hotel gym's air conditioning only activates at six in the morning. This could inconvenience early exercisers.

the hotel is quite excellent, and the service was very reliable as expected. its central location made exploring the area easy. The brandenburg gate was only minutes away. i especially appreciated that the front desk staff was very efficient and friendly!
i found the limited breakfast selection a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels i've visited, even though the food quality was decent. the breakfast room also felt quite crowded during peak hours.
