the breakfast buffet had A great variety. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available, i saw several bread types. the bar downstairs was convenient.
the air conditioner did not cool well. the room felt stuffy, though the weather was hot. there was also no body cream available, something i expect for the price, i PAID.

The staff arranged a nice surprise, leaving a bottle of champagne and some cake in my room while I was out. I thought that was acceptable..
The service guy was supposed to bring towels, slippers, and bathrobes. He wasn't too helpful and didn't speak English well. One guest didn't get a bathrobe or slippers because the service guy said, 'finito. ' That is strange for a big hotel. The steam sauna didn't even work, and the spa looked much smaller than the pictures showed.
