convenient location comfortable beds helpful staff great equipment
The hotel has a convenient location near public transportation. The room included very comfortable beds and fresh air ventilation. I found the staff helpful and cute . The fitness room included great equipment for a hotel, like treadmills and weights.
The restaurant was closed for dinner during the summer, which limited dining options at the hotel.

metro station room upgrade fresh pastries
The hotel's proximity to the metro station REALLY simplified getting around the city. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a room facing the inner courtyard. Breakfast was GOOD (the pastries were fresh).

wow, a seriously super clean stay!
friendly staff great service quiet room
i really loved this hotel! all staff were super friendly. they offered great service. the hotel location is near an underground station and alexanderplatz is only 20 minutes away. the room i had was immaculate and really quiet. the bed was an actual double.
the bathroom sink was quite flat. there wasnt lots of space for washing. it seemed hard to keep clean too.

my room included coffee, tea, and two free water bottles. the bed linen was so good! it helped me sleep soundly. the provided toiletries were a nice touch. the room was generally clean and very well maintained.

the hotel is close to the foreign office. many cafes, restaurants and bakeries are near it. getting to the main sights took about 15 minutes on foot. the area felt safe and easy to manage.

convenient location friendly staff pastry selection helpful directions
I found the location quite convenient. It was a very short walk to the metro station. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions. I really enjoyed the breakfast, with the selection of pastries being a particular highlight.
The gym was a little small. It only has a few pieces of equipment.

My room had a king-size bed and a small seating area, along with a desk for working. A minibar was available, and I used it to store some drinks. I see there are two complimentary bottles of water. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower.

Acceptable Stay
convenient location friendly staff amazing gym basic room low bed flaking grout
The location was quite convenient. It was close to public transportation. The staff seemed friendly. The gym was amazing and it had a cool bar. I also got drinks there.
My room seemed very basic. The beds were low to the floor. There were also stains on the carpet. The grout in the bathroom on the floor was flaking badly everywhere.
