The staff was very polite and helpful. Fresh towels and bedding were available every day. The shower was Great after exploring the city all day!

The room was clean, but there was dust above the bed. Some towels and sheets were torn. There was no hand soap initially, so I had to ask for it at the reception.

The hotel's location near the city hall worked fine for me. I easily got to the hotel from the airport through train and bus. The room I stayed in was clean and had all required amenities. I noticed tea and coffee making facilities were available. This was a great addition.

The hotel location is near the cathedral and Humboldt museum. There is a mini market is present behind the hotel. I used it for shopping. Also a bus stop outside the hotel takes you to the city center.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. I found the location convenient for exploring, with a bus stop very close. the room was clean upon my arrival. staff demonstrated helpful service.

i noticed dim lighting . the desk sockets did not function. this was not ideal for working in the room.
