convenient location friendly staff worn furniture noisy air filter
the location was convenient near major attractions i found this helpful when a transportation strike happened. the front desk staff aided me in securing a ride to the airport at a reasonable price
the rooms was different from what i saw online the furniture seemed worn and had scratches. the air filter system made noises like an airplane taking off

quiet room comfortable room adequate size dim lighting room number main floor
the room was quiet. it was also comfortable. the size was adequate for my needs. they provide everything i needed.
the hallway lighting was very dim. i struggled to see my room number. the main floor lighting was also dim. they said it was for relaxation but it made it difficult to see.

Adequate stay. Some concerns
uncomfortable couch broken chairs
the room was a nice size and it included a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and microwave.
i found the pull-out couch not very comfortable. the shower head needed repair as it would fall apart when adjusted, it was WORN. additionally, two chairs in the room were broken, and we could not sit on them.
