the staff was very helpful upon check-in. the english spoken was excellent , and they provided all necessary information clearly. the room was spacious and very clean , a welcome sight after my travels. a tram stop sits right outside , so i found transport convenient.

the air conditioning seemed to have very little effect on the room temperature.

the hotel is near public transport options, including a tram stop right outside. the breakfast selection was plentiful and of high quality. my room had a comfortable bed. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I noticed some minor stains on the carpet in the hallway. The room itself was super clean, though.

The staff members were polite and efficient at check-in and throughout the visit. requests were handled quickly, and i always felt that my needs were met. The staff always acted professionally.

Convenient Location with Easy Access

The tram stop is conveniently located right outside the front of the building. This allowed very quick access to the central station, taking less than five minutes. The Natural History Museum is also just a short walk down the street. I found this appealing. There are many good breakfast restaurants very close to the building, this made mornings easy. The staff were very kind and helpful .

My room faced the main road, and the noise was noticeable despite the closed windows. Trams and occasional police sirens frequently disrupted sleep.

The room was clean, with decent space, however, there was no mini bar. The design was very nice and the room felt very clean. I found the space very usable .

The building offers a bar with a good food menu! I did not buy breakfast at the building, so cannot comment on that. I thought having the option to buy food and drinks was great.

The building is next to a great tram network. The location is also within a 20, 30 minute walk from the centre. I observed several coffee shops in the immediate area.

The staff was very nice and cute upon arrival, I thought they were efficient. I was allowed to check in an hour early, which I appreciated. Staff were flexible and offered good tips about the area.
