The junior suite exceeded my expectations. It was spacious. The bathroom had a bathtub and offered amazing views. The breakfast buffet was varied, I saw yogurts, varied cheeses, many fruits, and different breads. I found the bar staffs and bistro staffs ALWAYS being nice and smiling.

The air conditioning hardly worked, it was HOT in my room, and they ended up giving me a standing fan. It is better than NOTHING, but it isn't at the level of this hotel.

Location is GREAT. It sits DIRECTLY on a shopping street. I noticed a fantastic italian restaurant across the street. It has polish staff working there. Street parking is available right in front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean. I could see they were well equipped AND spacious. I REALLY liked the comfortable bed AND warm room. It was very nice when i came back from sightseeing.

i found a couple of issues the air conditioning barely worked it was quite warm in the room despite reporting it they only provided a fan it hardly made a difference also the pool temperature was not as advertised it was supposed to be 29 degrees but felt much colder i expected better for the price

i love how they combine old-school charm with modern touches! the location is fantastic, just steps away from amazing shops and yummy restaurants. the staff? super attentive! i tell you! plus, my room was upgraded! it was amazing, a super generous treat.

my room was not properly air-conditioned. i would expect more from a suite in that class.
