The staff were super friendly. my room had a small fridge, which i really appreciated. a fan (it was warm!). i was at the back. It was so quiet. the beds were very comfy and tidy.

the bathroom was quite small, so i kept bumping my head on the shelf (it's a minor thing!).

the location was superb as i planned to visit hyde park for a concert and walking back to the hotel afterward was easy. the staff were attentive, and the receptionist kindly provided a good hairdryer upon check-in (i really appreciated this!). the room also had a mini fridge, and there was a fan provided to keep us cool because it was very warm that day.

the street outside was a bit noisy, even when the window was closed (it might bother sensitive sleepers).

the hotel is near edgware road metro station, with marks & spencer nearby (handy for food!). the bus stop for the 98 is right by the hotel. hyde park and kensington gardens are within walking distance.

the lobby has 24-hour staffing, offering support at any time. i also received a free adapter for the outlets, and could use a hairdryer at no cost.

the staff was very helpful and kind during the whole stay. reception took care of our luggage after checkout since our flight was later that night. this allowed us more time to explore places before heading to the airport.
