the location offered excellent access to transport links, with tube stations within a short walk. the family room was spacious, providing two separate areas. the staff maintained the room well, ensuring it was clean and tidy (very important for a family). the coffee at breakfast was a welcome addition to the morning.

the tap in the bathroom wobbled slightly.

admirable location and functional stay!

convenient location clean room quiet area

i found the location to be very convenient, close to both hyde park and the tube station. it was also nice to find the surrounding area safe and quiet .

the room i stayed in faced a small backyard, offering little privacy as it also served as a passageway. there was a constant concern about people looking into the room and the adjacent room having a clear view as well.

the location was very convenient, as it was close to transport links. staff checked me in quickly. my executive double room had a tv and coffee making facilities, and i found these very useful.
