I loved the hotel location as it was near the underground station. a green space sat across from the hotel, it had a calming effect. the staff showed kindness. They always helped me with directions. i found the room spacious, it came very clean.
i noted that the breakfast room felt a bit cramped when many guests were there at once, it was a bit uncomfortable.

a rather average stay, i guess

The room was quite small. I was like i was constantly bumping into things. also, the breakfast options were quite limited. there was very little variety, and it became rather monotonous after a couple of days. the coffee was also pretty weak!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. my room offered a good view that overlooked the rear gardens. It was quite peaceful. the hotel's location was very convenient for the tube station. Accessibility was easy. breakfast was great and i really enjoyed it.
The lift was small. I also noticed it seemed to be in poor condition though it worked fine.

The staff showed great kindness . The location is near train stations, made travel easy. I appreciated the nearby park. It offered a spot for relaxation. There were many options for food as restaurants and supermarkets were VERY close.
The bathroom felt quite small, a bit inconvenient. Hot pipes ran down the wall, next to the bed. It was easy to burn myself. The temperature reminded me of a sauna.

The hotel's proximity to multiple subway stations impressed me. Hyde Park is also a short walk away. I felt secure in the neighborhood and appreciated the many nearby restaurants.
I found the room temperature too warm upon arrival. Turning off the heater and opening a window resolved the issue.
