The staff provided excellent assistance and were always available at the 24/7 reception. i found the location very convenient. It was near finsbury park tube station. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very much appreciated by me and my family. i also felt very secure . The security measures were clearly effective.
The traffic noise was a bit bothersome. I noticed some sound intrusion despite the double glazing.

The staff demonstrated a positive attitude. They were helpful with requests. early check-in was available at 1 pm. This suited my travel plans perfectly. the reception staff offered excellent assistance.

The team members i interacted with showed warmth and helpfulness. I especially appreciated denisa, lucas and carlos. they provided detailed information, assisted with parking arrangements, and allowed me to park in front of the building. i am grateful for the positive image they projected of the area and the united kingdom.
i noticed that the stairs at the entrance were steep, which might be difficult for some guests.

I stayed in a double room that offered comfortable beds. This room was kept clean daily with fresh towels provided, which i appreciated after long days. the shower room and toilet in the room were private and convenient.

A breakfast was included. It provided a full english option plus pastries and juice. I liked the convenience of hot drinks available on request during breakfast hours. the hotel offers free luggage storage, very useful for me since i arrived before check-in time.

The hotel is located near multiple transportation options. The subway and bus stops made it easy to access the city center, which i found very convenient. finsbury park across the road offered a beautiful view, the neighbourhood looked safe.

the breakfast was superb! it included a buffet with lots of choices and the staff kept everything super clean. the location is fantastic! it is a short walk to the tube station and bus stops. i not sketchy at all with the 24/7 reception and secure entry system.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the essentials i needed. It was not a big issue.

The proximity to finsbury park station made getting around so easy! several convenience stores are nearby too! the location also has a lovely view overlooking finchley park across the street. It's fine!
