tiny bathroom paper walls
the staff was friendly enough, i suppose, and the kettle in the room functioned as expected.
my room was supposedly a 'double room', but it felt more like a storage closet. closing the bathroom door while using the sink was just impossible, i nearly got stuck. plus, the noise from the hallway i could hear it all, every single conversation, every footstep. it was like the walls were made of paper.

awesome stay!
helpful staff morning breakfast underground access
the staff were pretty good, it was like they were always there for every need. breakfast each morning included english options and it tasted very yummy. i was close to the train station with connections straight to gatwick, i liked that. the underground access made getting around so easy!
i noticed minor wear but it was only slight.

the hotel features complimentary high speed wifi access for all guests. there is also a convenient luggage storage service, this allowed me to freely roam even after check out. a 24 hour reception ensured i felt safe and help was always at hand.

close proximity to finsbury park station provided quick access. bus stops nearby ensured i could explore the area extensively. the emirates stadium, home of arsenal, stood a short walk away for footbal lovers. local shops and cafes are just around the corner, so many spots.

the reception was always helpful, ready with directions and assistance. housekeeping maintained my room daily, they kept everything super clean. the staff addressed every request promptly, i felt well taken care of. check in was so easy, i was fast in my room.

breakfast includes classic english items alongside continental choices. i was able to enjoy a full english every morning, yum. the dining area was clean and orderly, i loved this. staff were quick to refill items, ensuring a constant supply.

my double room had tea and coffee making facilities, thats good for me. the tv offered a variety of channels. the bathroom had essential toiletries, i didn't need to bring those. fresh towels were provided every day by housekeeping, wow!

excellent staff convenient location high cleanliness effective security
The staff provided excellent assistance and were always available at the 24/7 reception. i found the location very convenient. It was near finsbury park tube station. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very much appreciated by me and my family. i also felt very secure . The security measures were clearly effective.
The traffic noise was a bit bothersome. I noticed some sound intrusion despite the double glazing.

The team members i interacted with showed warmth and helpfulness. I especially appreciated denisa, lucas and carlos. they provided detailed information, assisted with parking arrangements, and allowed me to park in front of the building. i am grateful for the positive image they projected of the area and the united kingdom.
i noticed that the stairs at the entrance were steep, which might be difficult for some guests.

I stayed in a double room that offered comfortable beds. This room was kept clean daily with fresh towels provided, which i appreciated after long days. the shower room and toilet in the room were private and convenient.

i loved everything!
varied buffet great choices short walk secure entry
the breakfast was superb! it included a buffet with lots of choices and the staff kept everything super clean. the location is fantastic! it is a short walk to the tube station and bus stops. i secure hotel with the 24/7 reception and secure entry system.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it had all the essentials i needed. It was not a big issue.
