the location provided easy access to the subway. parking availability was also quite convenient.

The gym equipment malfunctioned. specifically, the treadmill did not operate properly. additionally, there was an issue with the doors. They were locked at midnight, and there was no response when the bell was rung.

the hotel is near the piccadilly line metro. the hotel was modern with a nice lobby. i found the beds comfortable and the smart tv a plus. the charging options seemed up to date and toiletries were good quality.

i noticed one minor issue, the bathroom door is glazed which provides little privacy a slight design flaw.

the hotel has parking behind the building with video surveillance cameras. the rooms include temperature control ensuring a comfortable environment no matter the weather. there is modern tv with access to multiple streaming services.

the staff was attentive and helpful with a smile. there are many shops and cafes nearby. the reception staff was polite during check in. staff found a solution to my request immediately.

Disappointing Room and Service Issues

The room I had was not up to par. The shower was problematic. It wouldn't turn off properly unless you held the button down for several minutes. I also found a strong, unpleasant drain smell that filled the room. I reported this to reception, but the staff only apologized and offered no solution. The AC did not work, and some of the lights in the room were out, frustrating. To top it off, I still had to pay for parking despite these issues.
