The family room was a great size. check in was very easy. the location was quiet. Morning cleaning was also very good. the hotel provided convenient access to nearby shopping and dining options, which i found beneficial. the underground stations were also easily accessible.

i booked a twin room, it was small. the room felt cramped. one bed partially went under a shelf. i almost hit my head. the wall lights did not work, the room was either really bright or pitch black.

the room included two big beds, they were comfortable. the cleaning service was also perfect. tea bags were available too. it was very useful, we did appreciate these thoughtful touches.

The location was highly convenient. I found it easy to access multiple tube stations and the Westfield shopping centre (this was a definite plus). The room was ready early upon arrival. The staff seemed genuinely kind and helpful.

I noticed the window in my room was a bit drafty.
