this was my first stay. the location proved convenient, especially given the proximity to the bus stop right next to the hotel. i secured off-road parking for £15 daily, a definite advantage! the friendly reception added a warm touch.

the room's lighting felt rather dim, a bit challenging at times.

The room had a distinct odor. I suspect it originated from incense sticks. also, the carpeting looked quite old, and i doubt it gets thoroughly cleaned. bed linens on one bed had holes. these issues impacted the comfort of my stay.

the bus stop was conveniently right outside. it made getting to shepherd's bush tube station easy. i found some nice bars and restaurants nearby and the location was pretty quiet! already planning to book again next year.

i didn't get a choice for breakfast and the options were limited! the included breakfast had a set menu. it would be nice to have more variety and some drinks included without extra cost.

I found the staff super cute. They greeted me with smiles! the location is fantastic with great transport options nearby. i also appreciated the good value. The room was totally adequate for my short trip, and the price was right.

the hot water took a little while to get hot, and the sink drained kinda slowly.

I am thankful to the friendly reception staff. They was very helpful with directions. The location was very convenient, close to bus stops. My room was simple but clean. It had all basic amenities I needed.

My room had a slight odor, not pleasant. The walls was thin, and I could hear noises from other rooms. The breakfast options was limited, and I wished for more variety.
