luxurious roomfun staff
I loved how beautiful my marylebone room was. Everything felt so luxurious. the potting shed restaurant was a delight! the food and drinks were fantastic and the staff was so much fun.
the room was a bit too small for my liking, i barely had space to move around!

the front desk staff was both lovely and professional. they provided area information without me even asking. securing transportation was easy as they offered help and stored luggage before and after my stay. the room decor was fine, and the bed with its pillows was so comfortable. the bathroom also stood out.
the cleaning schedule seemed unreliable . water was not consistently replenished in the room. i had to ask for it each time. despite assistance with luggage, there is no elevator in the building. also, the hotel only provides one room key, inconvenient for two guests. extra charges looked on my bill without explanation.

the staff was polite and helpful, which i appreciated.
The room lacked tea and coffee facilities, surprisingly. also, i found the extra charges quite bothersome. I was charged for accommodation service, though i had already paid a substantial amount for the room (it felt redundant).
