The welcome at reception was heartwarming. they even walked me to my room, a gesture i found very lovely. the room had a view of the stream. It made my heart sing with gladness.

I did find some issues with the room cleanliness. some mugs had dirt. there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Its a crucial detail. the bed, i admit, felt too firm for my liking. i did not find comfort in its springs.

The receptionist gave a lovely welcome upon arrival and even escorted me to my room. The room was clean with a well stocked hospitality tray. Breakfast offered a very good cooked selection and plenty of continental options (i especially liked the pastries!).

the staff provided excellent customer service. shawn and arun offered excellent quality of service. the rooms were nice and clean. they were also well kept.

the bathroom had a strong smell of sulphur. i found chocolates on the floor, so the carpet clearly had not been hoovered thoroughly. the shower water pressure was poor. i couldn't rinse out my shampoo.

The reception staff were very helpful, assisting with directions. They also found a ground floor room for me, simplifying my access. I really liked the service at breakfast, especially when my coffee flask was filled. I also enjoyed having pubs across the street.

I noticed a small amount of rust on the soap dish.
