The team members were always ready to assist with directions. I found the communication via messages very efficient. They accommodated my request when they realized I had difficulties. The staff are friendly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

The mattress proved a bit uncomfortable. I did notice it was not the most modern available.

The triple room featured mosaic flooring and ample space for a group. A heater was available. A thin bedsheet provided simple bedding. Light from the corridor came into the room, and noise from passersby could be heard.

I found the staff helpful. They sent detailed instructions on reaching the location. the antique details, including murano glass, gave a historical atmosphere. the breakfast delivered to the room was tasty, and the beds were soft. communication was fast and friendly, i was delighted!!!

the room was located at the top of a very steep staircase, which could be difficult for some guests. it was a surprise.

The staff helped with storing bags upon early arrival, and again after late departure. This was acceptable.

The hotel owner provided misleading room pictures. I found this unacceptable. The stairs were dangerously high, a detail not disclosed. I had to request clean towels because I found used ones returned after placing them on the floor, unhygienic. I expect cleanliness.
