The hotel location provided a tranquil escape from the crowded city center, yet it was easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving excellent recommendations for local food. The hotel offered a private water taxi service, made getting to and from the airport super convenient.

The room had adjustable heating and air conditioning, which I always appreciate. There was also a coffee machine available, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. The Premium Double Room Laguna View featured a modern design with beautiful views.

Breakfast included a wide variety of food and drinks. It was tasty. The restaurant's waiting staff ensured every guest enjoyed their meal, and I always felt welcomed. The food was of high quality and beautifully presented.

i really loved the hotel decor. the hotel details was amazing. it was a short water taxi ride away, what i liked.
the service wasnt really good, not gonna lie. the room service menu seemed limited and took a while. full wifi wasnt available, only for messages.

The hotel had glass sculptures throughout the hotel. My room overlooked the canal (a divine view). The staff were consistently polite. I found the breakfast offered a great variety.
My room's air conditioning was quite loud during the night, a minor disturbance.

convenient location helpful staff excellent breakfast
The location was convenient, near the water bus stop for easy transport. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. The breakfast was also excellent, a great way to start the day.
The gym hours were somewhat limited, closing earlier than I would have liked.
