the room was clean the air conditioning worked well during a heat wave

the breakfast was not good i found the scrambled egg looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours the coffee machine made a watery cappuccino i expect better coffee in italy

My time was precious. I really liked the proximity to bars and restaurants, only a short walk away. Having private water taxi transports to the hotel pier was perfect and very convenient after a long journey.

Comfortable Stay with Great Features

vast breakfast good service

The breakfast spread was surprisingly vast. I liked the calm quiet area near the canal. The front desk personnel were helpful with directions. I enjoyed the good service in the hotel.

The heating system was not controllable. I found this inconvenient. It made the room temperature uncomfortable.

The location was acceptable. It was close to a conad market.

the drilling and loud work started early in the morning and continued into the evening, with builders constantly coming and going. It was impossible to get any sleep or relax during the day.

unclean bathroom floor delayed response

the location proved to be quite good.

The room i had was not great, its furniture felt old. i found the bathroom floor unclean upon arrival. There was hair everywhere. the staff did not address my concerns immediately, telling me they would clean it the next day, too late.

helpful staff convenient supermarket faulty plug depleted food

I found the staff VERY helpful and friendly. the outside terrace was a great spot for a drink in the evening. the water bus stop was very close to the hotel. It was just a short walk. a supermarket was also nearby which was very convenient.

The sink in my bathroom had a faulty plug mechanism. it did not work properly at all. the breakfast room seemed a little neglected. They did not replenish food promptly when it ran out.
