the location proved to be quite good.

The room i had was not great, its furniture felt old. i found the bathroom floor unclean upon arrival. There was hair everywhere. the staff did not address my concerns immediately, telling me they would clean it the next day, too late.

i FOUND the staff helpful. THEY offered great assistance with directions. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. I REALLY enjoyed the outside terraced area at night for a drink.

the sink PLUG mechanism in the bathroom did not function properly. IT was a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff VERY helpful and friendly. the outside terrace was a great spot for a drink in the evening. the water bus stop was very close to the hotel. It was just a short walk. a supermarket was also nearby which was very convenient.

The sink in my bathroom had a faulty plug mechanism. it did not work properly at all. the breakfast room seemed a little neglected. They did not replenish food promptly when it ran out.
