the hotel's location was very convenient for travel into venice. a bus stop was right outside, and tickets were available nearby. the bed was comfortable. (i slept very well.)
the room's sound isolation was not good. i could clearly hear street noise and other guests. the bathroom was small with visible wear and tear. the breakfast buffet lacked options for vegans.

The location was quite convenient. The bus stop directly in front of the hotel made getting to Venice simple. I also found a market and several shops nearby, easy to get supplies though the parking was expensive. The staff stored my luggage after checkout at no cost.
The air conditioning unit in my room was excessively noisy. It disrupted my sleep.

The staff responded quickly and were always available. They provided options when I needed gluten-free food. They also gave helpful directions to public transportation spots. That was really helpful.

Breakfast provided multiple choices and was well stocked. There were a few kinds of cold cuts on offer. I saw fruits too. The breakfast included scrambled eggs.

The room was clean and reasonably sized for one person. It also had a TV and storage space that was useful. A small fridge was also available. This proved useful for keeping drinks cool.
