excellent stay near san marco square
central locationelegant buildinghelpful staff
i enjoyed the central location between rialto and st mark's square. the building was very elegant with beautiful decorations. i reminded me of i was staying in a castle. the staff was also very helpful .
the room was a little too hot at night, even with the windows open.

the staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with luggage and directions. ricardo at the front desk answered our questions thoroughly, very welcome.

thin wallscrowded breakfast
The room was quite stuffy. Even with the window open it reminded me of no air circulated. the breakfast room, while charming, was a bit too crowded during peak hours. it was difficult to navigate and find a table. also the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations from the room next door. the noise made it hard to relax, especially in the evenings. there was a lot of street noise too
