I was really disappointed with the noise. I could hear everything happening outside and in the hallway. the bed was hard. the bathroom was also quite small, and it felt a bit outdated.

i found the staff friendly. they were available at the 24-hour reception whenever i needed assistance. the cleanliness was excellent throughout, from my double room to the lounge area. i was pleased the hotel is located near everything with just a short walk to major attractions.

The staff were very polite and eager to help. The location was awesome and the place was well kept. The breakfast buffet was delicious (i especially liked croissants). The room decor looked lovely, both inside and out.

The hotel had a superb location. The staff was friendly. The breakfast selection was adequate. I found something to eat each morning. They stored my luggage after checkout.
