The location proved excellent near the Rialto bridge. The staff worked hard to welcome guests. Daily room cleaning met expectations. The hotel organized airport transfers smoothly.
I noticed only one minor issue a slight delay at check-in.

I adored the convenient location. It sat perfectly near many attractions without being overwhelmingly noisy. the lobby had an inviting atmosphere. breakfast was good, offering fresh choices and good variety. the staff provided amazing service, offering great advice, especially on local travels.
i had a small issue with the room key situation. we only received one key, so we had to leave it at reception each time we departed the hotel. it was just a little inconvenient.

the location is fantastic, right by a charming square with a cozy café. vaporetto stops are close to the hotel, providing easy access to the airport. small clothing shops sit nearby.

the staff were very attentive and always ready to help. they arranged a trip to a glass factory, which i really appreciated. their kindness really enhanced the stay.
