The staff was lovely. The restaurant was superb and the food was delicious. The bedroom had air conditioning and radiators so I could control the temperature nicely.

The room was very hot when I arrived. I tried to turn the radiators down, but I was unsuccessful. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard (it was difficult to sleep).

the hotel location is quite convenient with a quick walk to the center. the room provided was super clean and featured tasteful decorations. the bathroom included a heated towel rack and high quality toiletries. i found shortbread biscuits left each day to be a nice touch.

the room i stayed in was quite hot upon my arrival. the radiators seemed to not respond to adjustments. i had to use the air conditioning to cool the room down which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast had a great selection of teas.

The room was too hot upon arrival, reaching 26 degrees. I tried to adjust the radiators, but it did not work. I had to use the air conditioning to cool the room, but even then, the bed remained very uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard.
