modern furniture great shower city centre
the room had modern furniture and good air conditioning. i found the shower great. the hotel is quite convenient for the city centre. the tram line to the train station is close.
THE lighting WAS very bad.

charming stay near the basilica
prime location secure parking spacious room ample breakfast
I was charmed by how close the hotel is to saint anthony basilica. It's practically next door! parking behind the hotel was really convenient. I paid extra, yet, it felt secure. i had a good sized room for three guests, also, the shower and bathroom facilities were modern. the breakfast had many choices, so i was impressed.
The reception seemed a little distant, not guiding me to my room. I needed to figure it out on my own, but it was fine.

The staff was helpful and ready to assist with any questions, even though i felt a little unattended upon arrival. the room upgrade was a nice touch and showed attention to guest satisfaction. I was happy with it.

The breakfast buffet included vegetables, fruits, desserts, and hot food options, so i was very satisfied. i found many choices. The coffee was good too! the breakfast service provided many options.

friendly staff excellent location comfortable room
the staff was friendly and helpful the location is excellent near the basilica and many restaurants. the room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped bathroom i enjoyed the beer from the dolomites at the hotel courtyard.
the breakfast was a bit hectic because a large group arrived at the same time it created some crowding and waiting.

the breakfast included a variety of options i found the coffee robust and fresh pastries offered a sweet start to the day the dining area was clean and well kept each morning.

the reception staff was consistently available i found them to be efficient during check-in and check-out procedures housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness in the room and common areas the staff always addressed my needs promptly.

clean family room secure parking new bathroom close location
The family room was quite spacious and clean. parking was secure. I paid twelve euros. the new bathroom was a plus, and i really appreciated the cleanliness. i was very close to st anthony basilica!

The location was quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room was like a time capsule from decades ago, honestly. It needed a serious update. The layout was strange, and the mini-bar didn't work because it lacked a plug, quite useless. The cleaning lady woke me up at 8 in the morning. Great.

central location decent room decent price confusing control room temperature rushed breakfast
the location was really central. it was super convenient! the room itself had everything i needed. the price was quite decent too. i would consider staying there again.
The air conditioning had two sets of controls. This was a bit confusing. i could not really understand which one took precedence. it was really hard to adjust the room temperature. breakfast was ending soon, so we had to rush.
