pleasing selection comfy patio
The breakfast buffet offered a limited, yet pleasing selection. i especially liked the lady serving coffee. She was very kind. the outdoor patio was comfy.

lazy solution sink stopper
The location near the ferry was convenient I found that aspect acceptable.
The staff were not particularly friendly and I found it frustrating when our sink stopper got stuck. They suggested pulling it out instead of fixing it properly. This reminded me of a lazy solution to a simple problem.

vaporetto stop outdoor area wifi connection
the location was convenient. a vaporetto stop was only a 5 minute walk away. the hotel also had a nice outdoor area. we enjoyed snacks and wine there. the wifi connection worked well throughout the hotel.
the breakfast room felt quite small. it became a bit crowded during peak hours.

convenient location ample space helpful staff varied breakfast
the location provided easy access to local attractions and the ferry (very convenient for travel). our room, a double room, offered ample space and comfort. i found the staff consistently helpful and friendly. breakfast had a good variety with attentive service.
the air conditioning was a bit weak , but it was manageable with the window open.

insecure door loose shelves
The shower lacked consistent hot water, a considerable inconvenience. The front door to this annex did not lock securely. Shelves inside the room were loose and looked ready to detach from the wall. The small room size compounded these issues.

I found the location to be very convenient, especially near the ferry stops. Staff members were friendly! Breakfast had good variety. The courtyard offered a nice space. I enjoyed sitting there with my family.
