Wonderful Stay Near Main Attractions
good variety friendly staff great location
The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of choices. Staff were very friendly and always greeted me. The location was close to main attractions, especially the Guggenheim and the Accademia. The room was quite spacious and clean.
The shower was a bit small. I wish the shower cabin had a bit more space for comfort.

terrible smell unadjustable heating
I was a bit let down by my stay. the heating was stuck at 25 degrees, i could not adjust it. a terrible smell came from the running heater fan. It practically made staying in the room impossible. i had to open the window, but then it got cold! even after i told the front desk, nothing changed.

a decent stay
good size room helpful staff breakfast buffet misleading picture hot temperature small bathroom
my room was a good size, it was really nice. the staff let me borrow an adapter, so thoughtful. the breakfast buffet offered great customer service, very attentive.
the room pictures online seemed better then what i saw. i think the a/c made it too hot. the bathroom felt really small, it was quite the squeeze.

Romantic Escape, A Clean and Convenient Stay
prime location fresh space cute prosecco
The hotel boasts a prime location, removed from heavy tourist traffic. The hotel had fresh, clean spaces with everything within easy reach, I appreciated this convenience. I was greeted with prosecco upon my arrival, a lovely cute touch and felt very special.
The breakfast arrangement felt a little off. Some light background music could enhance the atmosphere there, I believe.

The building is organized and very clean, I loved it. There are areas to sit and relax in the lobby. The cucumber and orange water service is self-serve, this is a cute feature and quite refreshing.

small shower inconsistent cleaning
My stay wasn't terrible, but some things could be better. The shower was small. It felt cramped. the cleaning wasn't consistent. I expected more attention to detail given the price.
