Acceptable Location, Noticeable Shortcomings

dirty shower curtain limited fruit options

the hotel's location was quite convenient, positioned suitably near key attractions.

I found the shower curtain in a state of disrepair, bearing visible stains. the breakfast selection seemed limited. A greater assortment of fruit options would have been welcome. additionally, a strange odor permeated the breakfast room each morning.

charming stay close to san marco

beautiful charm clean room european converter confusing hallways

i found beautiful charm at the hotel. it was clean which i really appreciated. it can be a little confusing to get around at first but i figured it out. i brought european converter since there are no usb ports in room.

the pillows they have are not the best. i found them to be just ok.

my room had a good view of the roofs. the room was beautiful with style. it includes a comfortable bed. the space was well cleaned on a daily basis and towels replaced.

breakfast was good with plenty of choice available. they offer a typical italian continental breakfast which i enjoyed. the croissants were a highlight. juices and yogurts are also provided for a complete breakfast.

this hotel is very convenient and central to everything. i found it close to the plaza and canal. transportation access is easy. st mark's square is a very short walk away.

staff was friendly and helpful . they were professional and courteous to all guests. i was able to leave my luggage before check in which helped a lot. alex at reception provide special assistance and help.

the reception staff were very helpful due to a transport strike on my departure day. the receptionist found sufficient information to assist me. breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. i was grateful.

the pillows were rather hard, that's all.

venetian style inviting breakfast convenient location

I found an excellent design with Venetian style. The breakfast was totally inviting and useful. The location is close to shops and restaurants, very exciting!

The shower curtain seemed a bit short, and water splashed onto the floor after I showered. This was still a minor issue.
