the location was very central. i found st marks square very close. the room included air conditioning. breakfast was okay.
the noise from the street was a problem. i could barely sleep.

I loved the location. it was so close to everything, i could easily walk to major attractions and delicious restaurants. taking beautiful photos of the grand canal from the accademia and rialto bridge was a highlight. the convenience store next door was a huge plus. I grabbed snacks and drinks whenever i needed.
the breakfast had limited savory options. but i found enough to eat.
