the location worked out fine for getting around.

the room was old and kinda run down. some of the furniture was broken and i even found some mold. they cleary made repairs to the bathroom but the bedroom was not in good shape, and i do expect more for what i paid.

I found the staff attentive and helpful. The location is close to San Marco and water transport, VERY convenient. My room included a beautiful terrace overlooking the courtyard. It was quiet for sleeping.

the staff were friendly and helpful. our room had a great view of the church across the way. i found breakfast to be quite delicious. the location is a perfect starting point for exploring nearby sites of interest.

i found that the air conditioning was not fully functional. i ended up sleeping with the window open. this resulted in some noise from the courtyard and a few mosquitoes.
