francesco at reception was helpful. he provided useful recommendations. the location is central, a short walk to main attractions. the hotel was also clean.

the location IS really excellent. it's close to a lot of attractions. Breakfast was very GOOD and offered good variety. I enjoyed they staff. they were friendly and very helpful.
The room was abit small, so it felt cramped. i wish there had been more space. also, the wifi was unreliable. I had difficulty connecting at times which was frustrating. internet is important when you work.

the location was acceptable and provided easy access to many attractions.
the 'superior double or twin room' i booked felt anything but superior. the promised amenities seemed rather outdated. the television was small, and the limited channel selection left much to be desired. ultimately, the experience felt underwhelming, given the price.
