the breakfast was fantastic , everything was delicious. the service was friendly and efficient with a personal touch.

the elevator was unavailable , so carrying luggage up the stairs proved slightly inconvenient.

the staff helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. they offered a breakfast to go since i had to leave early. this included a warm croissant. the hotel's location near piazza roma made it easy to access the vaporetto, bus, and airport transfer. all these were a short five minute walk.

I noticed our beds lacked a flat sheet, direct contact with the duvet. hotels often do not wash duvets after each guest. Therefore, it felt a bit unhygienic.

the reception staff carried my luggage up the stairs during check in. they offered a breakfast bag to go as i needed to depart early. the breakfast bag included a warm croissant.

The receptionist provided an amazing walkthrough with a city map! The location is great. It is close to everything. Breakfast was luxurious. I'm so glad I got such a grand tour of the area with a detailed map!

The room could use some updates. The carpet near the entry looked old and dirty. Exterior shutters didn't fully close, an issue.
