the location was excellent. i was very close to the vaporetto station, tourist sites, and restaurants. the staff seemed very friendly, and communication was excellent. the lady answering my messages was especially helpful.

the photos of the room were misleading. the room was small with a dirty bench. there was no armchair as advertised. the bathroom had a tiny shower cabin. it almost touched the toilet.

the location was quite central. it was only a short walk to the rialto bridge.

the room i got did not match the photos online at all. it felt very dated with poor lighting and zero noise prevention. music from the rialto square kept me up all night.
