Wonderful Hotel with Excellent Service!
friendly staff clean room ample parking amazing breakfast
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed by their warm hearts! My room was super clean and located right by the pool (I really enjoyed it). I had no trouble finding parking . The breakfast had an amazing array of delicious choices to suit every taste, I have to say.
The only very slight issue was that the gym could use a bit more equipment.

underwhelming experience
faulty room keys weak wifi
the hotel location worked well for exploring the area.
the room keys stopped working twice it was quite an inconvenience to go back to reception each time to get them reset also the pool lifeguard seemed to be strutting around with a mean look this was a bit distracting when i was trying to relax also the wifi connection was very weak i could not connect to the smart tv to watch netflix

room size nice balcony immaculate gardens poor coffee sliding bed uncomfortable bed
the room was a decent size. it had a nice balcony with views of the gardens. the gardens was well maintained (i liked the flowers).
the breakfast did not impress me. the coffee from the machine was not good. the beds kept sliding apart during the night, inconvenient.

excellent hotel stay
friendly staff clean room peaceful spot
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the rooms are modern and clean. the hotel is located in a peaceful area outside the main port area. It is about a 20 minute walk to the port. i experienced no issues.
I noted the soundproofing in my room could be improved. I could hear sounds from the adjacent room through the interconnection door. the external door to the block also slammed shut frequently, causing some disturbance. i suggest avoiding ground floor rooms for this reason.

hotel grounds helpful staff pool jets coffee machine
The hotel grounds were very well maintained. The staff were also helpful and friendly. I liked that this is a traditional hotel. The rooms were large enough and I had a nice terrace.
The spa area seemed basic and was poorly maintained. The water in the pools felt cold and the pool jets were not working. I saw that doors did not open or close properly. The breakfast seemed basic and the coffee from the machine tasted undrinkable.
