The breakfast was very nice. There was anything you could ask for. I especially appreciated Francisca at the front desk. She arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport.
The room was very plain and bare. I found it underwhelming. The toiletries were minimal. There was just hand soap and watery body lotion. The dispenser in the shower did not work, AND the water temperature fluctuated.

the location was acceptable and within walking distance of some restaurants.
The room i had was disappointing. It felt tired. the noise from the street was significant, i suspect some maintenance is needed on the windows. i requested a quiet room but that didn't happen.

I found free sparkling water and comfy beds in the room. The air conditioning was silent, a bonus. The location allows quick access to the city center. The staff was friendly and super helpful.

The hotel enjoys a central location, with easy access to the heart of the city (everything is within walking distance!). Several bus stops near the hotel facilitate convenient travel to various attractions and the airport.

The Beautiful Double Room featured comfortable beds and modern furnishings. I was impressed with the spacious layout, providing plenty of room to relax. The room included a minibar with complimentary refreshments, a safe, and complimentary water.

The hotel staff readily fulfilled requests with courtesy and efficiency. The receptionists offered great recommendations and sorted out an early check-in. I found the breakfast staff attentive to dietary needs, immediately offering gluten-free options.
