Disappointing Spa and Food Quality

The food was not good. Tortillas were hard. Croquetas seemed to be from a frozen section. The selection was very poor. The spa was cold, and some showers did not work. The spa zone was not comfortable because it was very cold.

loved my stay!

beautiful shopsmodern designhotel gymgreat breakfast
location was fab as a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants were near. a walk or run around the hood was nice. i thought the gym was great, i used it most days and enjoyed the equipment. the hotel bar was great.
also, i could hear the neighbors too well, it was hard to sleep until late. staff response to noise was not great.

breakfast had lots of choices which changed everyday, including soy milk and yogurt options, that worked for me because i am vegan. i found the food was affordable and the quality was excellent.

the swimming pools were great, though the indoor pool felt a bit chilly. plenty of sunbeds were available. a bus stop near the hotel provided services straight into palma. spa access was very convenient.

the beautiful room with a panoramic view was roomy and comfy. there was a good bed, lots of storage, a tv, and a spacious shower in the bathroom. beds and pillows should be replaced

the breakfast had a decent selection , though not excellent.
The cleanliness was notably lacking. The refrigerator was dirty, and the closet was damaged. the bathroom ventilation was not functional and was full of dust. the smell from the air conditioning was unbearable, like a garbage dump.

I was a bit disappointed. The food wasn't great. tortillas were hard, and croquetas seemed like the frozen kind. the selection felt limited for the price. also, the spa was cold and some showers weren't working properly. i expected a bit more for the cost.
