relentless noise lack of drawers
The breakfast buffet was acceptable. I managed to find something to eat each morning.
The noise from the street was relentless. Bin lorries and street cleaners made it impossible to sleep past 6 AM, even with earplugs. The lack of drawers in the room was absurd. I had to live out of my suitcase for the entire stay. What a joke.

bathroom ventilation inadequate soundproofing
the bathroom ventilation only worked when the light was on. this meant bad smells lingered. also, the soundproofing between rooms was inadequate. i could hear conversations and other noises from the adjacent room, affecting my sleep quality. it was disappointing.

Wonderful Rooftop and Convenient Location
spacious room complimentary water excellent shower
I enjoyed the cava on the rooftop bar. It offered great views. The room was spacious, also the complimentary water in the mini-bar was replenished daily. The shower was excellent, a great way to refresh after exploring.
The room's window was quite small. It let in minimal natural light.

the location was very convenient, very close to majorca's main tourist attractions. the staff was really friendly and helpful . free water was provided daily in the mini bar. i was also able to borrow a beach towel, a great touch.
the room was very noisy, it sounds like noise was coming from other guests. the sound insulation was not very good. my room did not have any windows, it seemed like a cave.
