i appreciated the helpful staff during check-in. the room had a great sea view as described. i found a variety of choices for meals on-site. the daily room servicing was good, and the rooms had refreshments and bottled water. i especially liked the beachfront walkway near the hotel.

the bed was uncomfortable, and i woke up in discomfort every morning. the spa's water was cold, and the upkeep was not good. paint flakes floated in the water, and paint peeled off the sides. i found this very disappointing.

The advertised perks didn't quite live up to expectations. our preferred club access felt limited. it was crammed into small areas of the hotel. service also felt inconsistent. Sometimes attentive, sometimes not so much. at breakfast, i noticed staff chatting while essentials like cereal bowls and coffee mugs were empty. it was a bit deflating.

I loved the breakfast. It had so much variety. the hotel is also in the heart of the town. I parked nearby for free. the private gate to the beach was amazing!!!

Wonderful Couple's Getaway!

My partner and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The service and quality of both the hotel and rooms were excellent.). Jesus and Victor, and their friendliness was appreciated. I hope to return soon and catch up with them again.

The online pictures looked gorgeous, and the grounds are indeed beautiful, but the rooms are mediocre. I booked a room with large windows, which only distracted from the cracks in the walls. It is a shame.

I loved the daily food variety, especially the fresh seafood and marble steak. the staff was well trained and always ready to help. a team member, monika, was very helpful . And the sea views were fine. i appreciated the hotel grounds. It was beautifully kept. my room offered a lovely sea view.

The poolside bar service could be slow sometimes. Requesting drinks required patience.

This place was great!!! the staff treated me really well. i got a suite upgrade upon arrival. the location is perfect with beautiful beach access. i enjoyed having drinks on the beach. It was like real value for the all-inclusive.

The hotel can switch between heating or air conditioning. Both are not available. i would like a/c in hot weather, even in a 5-star hotel.
