The location was convenient. It had many things nearby.
I found the system with wristbands for the elevators annoying. it was necessary to scan the wristband to access my floor. This became a problem when my hands were full. the wristband system felt more like a hassle than a security feature. i also found the music by the pool excessively loud. It detracted from relaxation.

The rooftop pool blew my mind. It had very nice views! the staff was super friendly. plus, breakfast was amazing with lots of food choices that changed daily. i really enjoyed having free soft drinks in the room fridge. it's a nice touch!
The air conditioning system seemed off. After using it, i got a chest infection. quite a few other guests coughed a lot too. The front desk didn't offer much help at all.

My spacious loft suite was so comfy. It included a great rainfall shower! housekeeping visited every day without fail, and the room was always clean, which i really appreciated.

Breakfast had many excellent options to choose from. i really enjoyed the variety of foods. There were excellent choices available daily. there are many restaurants nearby. It is so simple to find somewhere to eat.

excellent hotel, well worth the cost.

the room size was amazing. the staff happily granted our request to be on the same floor with our friend, even providing us with a connected room. the rooftop pool provided a full view of the ocean and the mountains. the gym operates 24 hours a day.
check-in took quite a long time. i also tried to contact the hotel before my arrival to modify my reservation, because my flight was delayed. unfortunately, they were not responsive.
