a mixed experience
clean roombusy roadsmall pool area
the room was clean.
i arrived and noticed the room looked more worn than the photos suggested. the balcony faced a busy road and a dingy car park entrance. the pool area felt small, having only ten beds for a hotel this size.

roadworks noisenight noise
The ongoing roadworks right outside were a NIGHTMARE!!! The noise started early and ruined any chance of a lie-in. some guests were loud at night. Screaming in rooms and corridors made sleep nearly impossible.

the staff was attentive. my room had a comfortable balcony with great city views. i appreciated the rooftop pool. the on-site restaurant provided convenient dining options and the food was good.
The gym equipment seemed slightly outdated. A few machines were missing.
