Excellent Hotel Experience

friendly staff delicious breakfast quiet room

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered many delicious options. It was from 7:30 to 10:30 am. The rooms were comfortable, super clean, and very quiet. The view from the pool area was amazing, and the rooftop and pool stayed open until midnight.

I noticed that the gym was small and lacked a variety of equipment, limiting workout options. Some additional machines would enhance the fitness experience. I expect this will be addressed soon.

rude staff extra water

the rooms were clean. the outdoor pool was great.

the staff was not very polite. i felt i could not even laugh or talk. the food was included, but water during dinner was extra (i find this particularly annoying).

The view from my cozy suite sea view was amazing. the staff provided really good service throughout my stay. They were always attentive. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and everything tasted fresh and of a good quality.
