location was decent but room needs work

stained carpetfaulty air conditioning

The room was quite disappointing. the air conditioning did not work. the carpet was stained and not properly vacuumed. I saw papers under the bed. also, there was a leak in the bathroom, and one of the bathroom lights wouldn't turn off.
