i got a room with three beds. the beds were very clean. the location was great. it was close to many shops and places to eat.
i could hear noise from trains . the sound proofing wasn't great.

the staff answered my questions and fulfilled my requests promptly. i chose to have my room cleaned only when i asked in the morning. they always ensured it was done. the location is good. there are a couple of pubs and good places nearby.
the cleanliness could use some improvement. the room was a bit dusty, and the shower room could have been a bit cleaner.

My single room was very clean! it had good furnishings and was comfortable. the sheets and towels were white and crisp. the shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water. There were plenty of towels and decent toiletries available.
