a pleasant surprise!

friendly staff nice breakfast

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast included toast, sausages, eggs, beans, waffles, croissants, cakes, jams, cheeses and fruit, a nice selection (i liked the waffles!). the location was also convenient. It was easy to find and close to the underground and shops.

the room i had was quite small. it was a bit inconvenient, and i would have preferred a larger space. i think the hotel could improve this aspect.

the breakfast buffet had a nice variety, including toast, sausages, eggs, beans, waffles, croissants, cakes, jams, cheeses, and fruit, with enough options for everyone to find something they liked.

The reception staff were very helpful. They even lent me an adapter for my electronics (it was very useful!). check-in and check-out were also easy and quick, a definite plus.

The location is in a quiet area, with easy access to a dlr station and underground lines. This made getting to the city center fast and easy, very convenient.

The location was GREAT. It was close to a tube station. The staff were helpful. I also thought the room was clean.

The building seemed OLD. The walls felt thin, and I could hear noises. The breakfast was basic. The towels felt rough.

the room was small i found a broken door frame in the bathroom it needs repair
