I loved how close the hotel was to paddington station! the staff were helpful and very friendly. the room was clean and tidy. i also really appreciated the breakfast options. The variety made mornings a treat.

The staff were super friendly , especially the manager who handled my mini panic attack really well. i thought something was stolen , but he checked cameras and reassured me . It was just my mistake. the room was clean as new and comfy . It was excellent value for money.
it was quite noisy. also , there was no kettle in the room , so i needed to go downstairs for hot drinks.

Fantastic Stay Near Paddington!

The location is AMAZING, just a short walk to Paddington Station. My single room was very clean. I liked the quiet room at the back of the building. I couldn't hear anyone in the other rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a real bonus!
The stairs were steep, and there was no lift. Carrying heavy suitcases to higher floors was HARD.

I found the location quite convenient near the station. The staff ensured the room was very clean daily. I appreciated the breakfast service as well, offering decent choices each morning. my experience met my expectations for a short trip.
The small bathroom proved a bit difficult to manage comfortably. Storage of toiletries was a challenge given the limited space. A slightly larger bathroom would improve the experience.

mixed feelings about this stay

the location was good. it was close to paddington station.
Room #4 on the ground floor was a letdown. The window was not sealed, i felt a draft even when it was fully closed. i was there on march 27th and the wind made the radiator useless. the hotel only supplied bath towels. There were no face, hand, or bath mat towels.
