kind staff ground floor clean room complimentary tea

the staff was very kind. i was upgraded to a double room on the ground floor. the room was clean. it included complimentary tea and coffee.

my room was hot and it had no air con. also, carrying my suitcase to the top floor was hard. there wasn't a lift available.

amazing location helpful staff

The location was amazing! i found paddington station super close. the staff was really friendly and helpful, too. They even helped me with my luggage.

the stairs were a bit narrow, especially with a heavy suitcase

My room was quite clean and had complimentary tea and coffee. I appreciated the good big window in my room. They even took my suitcase up the stairs for me upon my arrival.

I was grateful for the ground floor double room i received. It was quite spacious. the room included complimentary tea and coffee, a very welcome touch. fresh towels were provided daily, and the double doors made the room quiet!

the kettle didn't really work, though it was a minor issue.

The staff was helpful. The location is very near Paddington station. The room was clean. I appreciated having coffee-making facilities available directly in my room. Check-in was smooth. The hotel provided convenient luggage storage after I checked out.
