the staff was very kind. i was upgraded to a double room on the ground floor. the room was clean. it included complimentary tea and coffee.

my room was hot and it had no air con. also, carrying my suitcase to the top floor was hard. there wasn't a lift available.

I was grateful for the ground floor double room i received. It was quite spacious. the room included complimentary tea and coffee, a very welcome touch. fresh towels were provided daily, and the double doors made the room quiet!

the kettle didn't really work, though it was a minor issue.
