Amazing Stay at a Quiet Oasis
The front desk staff was courteous and polite. They really accommodated my needs. The location is superb. I walked to the main sites easily! I also discovered authentic Florentine Trattorias nearby. It was really convenient.

poor insulation city view
Honestly, the soundproofing was non-existent. It was hard to sleep because of noise. i could clearly hear the guests above, their footsteps amplified by the poorly insulated wooden floor. it was like they were tap-dancing all night. plus, the promised city views? more like a view of the neighboring building's wall.

the room was quite small i expected a larger space based on the photos there was also black mold in the shower this was concerning given my asthma i'm not sure i would stay here again

Quiet Retreat Close to the Action
helpful staff local recommendations peaceful atmosphere
I really appreciated how quiet it was despite being so close to everything.. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local spots. My room had a lovely view of the courtyard with wisteria growing. I enjoyed being able to sit in the peaceful atmosphere after a busy day.

immaculate rooms convenient parking
the rooms were immaculate. housekeeping maintained perfect standards DAILY. I also found convenient parking right on the hotel in the courtyard.

The room had a safe. I used the air conditioning. It worked well. The breakfast buffet included gluten-free options and dairy-free milk. I liked the availability of a luggage storage service after checkout.
The lighting in the room was not very bright.
