the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. the hotel's location was super convenient being close to everything i wanted to see.
i noticed a slight delay in getting hot water in the shower.

The location was really convenient! I found everything was within walking distance. The room included a coffee machine and a kettle. That was a nice touch. The pool was also great. I enjoyed swimming there.
My room seemed outdated. The furniture looked old. The shower wasn't hot initially. It took a while to get it fixed. The breakfast was pretty limited! There was a sparse selection of food.

The location proved very convenient to the train station and popular attractions. Many restaurants were close. The staff were friendly and cute. I found the heating in the room excellent during winter.
The selection of food at breakfast was a bit limited.

The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and slippers in the room. A nice touch. Heating worked well during winter and kept the room very warm. Free mini bar items were a welcome addition.

the staff helped me store my luggage after checkout so i explored the city without my bags. check in was fast the staff was very friendly. the hotel had a perfect location in the center.
my room had little storage i only found a wardrobe and tiny drawers. the swimming pool area seemed unappealing to me. the hotel looks tired.
